About this event

Through coordination, saving, networking, early mornings, late nights, weekends, perhaps you bought a home, raised a family, built a business; but have you taken the necessary steps to ensure that you and your assets are cared for if you are unable to do so and that they are passed to your chosen heirs?

The presentation will focus on recommended estate planning documents, including Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney for financial matters, and Durable Powers of Attorney for Healthcare and Living Will Declarations. The presentation will cover the role of each document within an estate plan and common estate planning myths and misconceptions. Questions from the audience will be welcome.
